We all face moments when we simply don't know what to do. Whether it's a tough decision at work, a conflict in a relationship, or a financial crossroad, the right choice isn't always obvious. In those moments, it's easy to rely on our own overthinking or to try and crowd-source advice from our friends.
James 1:5

But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
But God offers a much simpler solution: just ask Him. The beautiful thing about God's character is that He doesn't roll His eyes or get frustrated when we come to Him confused. He loves to share His wisdom, and He gives it out generously to anyone who simply admits they need help.
Today, instead of agonizing over a difficult choice, pause and invite God into the process. You don't need a fancy, eloquent prayer to get His attention. Just take a quiet moment in your car or at your desk, tell Him you are stuck, and ask Him to guide your next steps.
As you go about your day, keep your heart open to His gentle nudges. He might give you clarity through a conversation, a sudden sense of peace, or a fresh perspective on the problem. Trust that when you sincerely ask for direction, He is faithful to provide it.
Dear God, I admit that I don't always have the answers, and I really need Your guidance today. Please give me the wisdom to handle the choices in front of me and the peace to trust Your direction. Amen.
